This year's Red Ribbon Week culminated on October 31st with Book Character Day and Parade.  Children and adults throughout the building came to school dressed as characters from a favorite book.  Classes paraded around the front driveway of the school to show off their costumes to the parent audience and other students.  Thanks to music teacher Mrs. Nita Watkins for the great music that accompanied the parade.  And, thanks to all the parents and teachers who worked hard to help students portray their book character.

Fourth and Fifth grade teachers once again creatively took on the characters from Roald Dahl's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

2nd Grade teachers dressed as the characters from Curella de vil and 101 dalmations.

Kindergarten team created the characters from The Day the Crayons Quit.

First Grade teachers were transformed into the cows and the farmer from Click Clack Moo fame.
