Congratulations to Mr. Steve Dalin as he is this year's recipient of the Phillip Wright Award.

Each year, school districts in Northeast Georgia’s Pioneer RESA area honor an individual who has a strong commitment to improving educational outcomes for students with disabilities by presenting the Philip Wright Award.

The award is given in the name of Philip Wright, who created a legacy of service in this area.

Each regional education service agency district selects an individual who exemplifies service, deep respect and regard, commitment and advocacy for children with special needs.

Mr. Dalin is based at Level Grove but serves as head of the Speech Deparment for Habersham Schools.  Anyone who knows Steve is aware of his deep commitment to students, his professional demeanor, his kind heart, and his wonderful sense of humor.  Level Grove staff and students are proud to have Mr. Steve as a part of our community and very aware of his worthiness for this award.
